Sweet Corn Porridge

Yun was not feeling well for the past week. Losing all the appetite on food. So Yun decided to cook porridge for myself in order to gain supply from the food to carry out daily activities.

*All the cooking are done using rice cooker because no stove is allowed in the hostel*

Sweetcorn porridge is extremely easy to cook and is healthy as well;

Ingredients;
1/2 cup of rice
850 ml of water
1 egg
1/2 can of sweetcorn
*can add in green vegetables if have*

Yun cooked the porridge and the sweetcorn soup separately too keep the sweetness of the corn.

First of all, wash and clean the rice and pour in the water to cook the rice.
Add in the egg when the porridge is about to cook. Pour the porridge to the bowl and wait for it to cool before serving.
While waiting for the porridge to cool down, pour the 1/2 can of sweetcorn into the rice cooker add in pinch of salt and pepper.. tat's all.. waiting for it to boil before serving.
 tata~~~ the ready to serve sweetcorn porridge.
